ATTENTION CLIENTS: 

I am happy to announce that Bethany Smith will become the new owner of Back on Track Massage on January 1, 2024

Bethany came to us back in 2018. She worked hard and became licensed by the State in January of 2019. She has become an integral part of this team and she is well-loved by all the clients. She has a passion for massage therapy, but more than that she loves what Back on Track Massage Center stands for and she wants to carry-on the legacy that I have built. It is with great sadness that I must step back from the position of owner and operator. This has been my life and identity, but now it is time for me to start a new chapter in my life. I will remain a part of Back on Track and will see as many clients as I can handle, but I pass the baton off to Bethany and I KNOW she will carry it successfully and proudly. Please welcome her as the new face of BACK ON TRACK THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE CENTER.

Bethany Smith has a concern for individuals. She is caring, earnest in her desire to help and she is compassionate. I am so thankful to have her on the Back on Track team. She is devoted, dedicated and committed to you as a client and the massage therapy profession! 

Bethany is a Licensed Massage Therapist that passed her MBLEX exam through the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association as well.

Bethany Smith passed her MBLEX exam December 15, 2018. She is a licensed massage therapist through the State Nursing Board. She is a skilled at Deep Tissue Massage and Swedish Massage. She is now accepting clients on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Please call to schedule an appointment today and experience a great massage from Bethany. 

Leah Phillips has years of experience in many of the modalities we offer at

Back on Track.  We anticipate a great addition in Leah and I know she is a caring and

competent therapist. Leah passed her MBLEX exam and is fully licensed in the State of

Virginia to practice massage. Leah loves to provide a relaxing and de-stressing massage

session for you. She is skilled in multiple modalities such as, Hot stone massage, Reflexology,

Swedish Massage, Prenatal massage, Cupping massage. In addition to all these, she is now

certified in Manual Lymph Drainage. This is a great new addition we offer in our list of

Catherine Slagell earned her massage therapy degree in North Carolina in l994.  She has been practicing for over 29 years. Catherine's goal is to be channel through which healing is facilitated.  She is living her passion: helping people reach their healthcare goals.  She is trained in Swedish, Deep tissue, Lymphatic massage, Integrative Reflexology, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping Massage, Hot Stone Massage among other modalities. Catherine is a Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist and member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals Organization
