Back On Track Therapeutic Massage Center is a therapeutically minded office.  We work to help you have a better quality of life.  Our goal is to work problems out of the body. Regular maintenance massage is very important! 

Catherine Slagell earned her massage therapy degree in North Carolina in l994.  She has been practicing for over 24 years. Catherine's goal is to be channel through which healing is facilitated.  She is living her passion: helping people reach their healthcare goals.  She is trained in Swedish, Deep tissue, Lymphatic massage, Integrative Reflexology,Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Hot Stone Massage among other modalities.




Neva Clayton is a seasoned massage therapist that brings years of practice with her. Neva specializes in Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage and Energy Work. Bethany Smith passed her Board exam December 15, 2018. She will be returning to Back on Track Massage Center very soon. I will be posting when she gets her license from the Nursing Board of Virginia. That will be in the very near future. Bethany is now a Certified Massage Therapist. No automatic alt text available.


Allison Newcity has joined our team. She was a team member several years ago and has been gracious enough to help out while Cassey and Bethany are on leave. She is a Licensed and Certified Massage Therapist. Allison is a capable and gifted individual and I am glad to have her on our team! She has hours on Thursdays and some Saturdays.
